What is uCoin?

uCoin is Ucom’s online store reward point, earned when you purchase a smartphone from the online store and credited to your personal account.

When you purchase a smartphone, you earn uCoins equal to 1% of the smartphone’s purchase price. The earned uCoins become available in your account 3 days after your order is confirmed.

1 uCoin = AMD 1.

You can use your accumulated uCoins toward future purchases and pay up to 10% of the purchase price with uCoins.

How do you earn and use uCoins?

• uCoins are earned only when purchasing a smartphone from the Ucom online store.
• There is no limit to the number of uCoins you can accumulate.
• Each uCoin is valid for 365 days from the date it is credited to your account.
• You can use uCoins to pay for any product available in the Ucom online store, except premium numbers.
• When making your next purchase, you can use the uCoins available in your account to cover up to 10% of the purchase price.
• You can use uCoins for an unlimited number of purchases from the Ucom online store.

What happens to your uCoins if you cancel an order?

• If you cancel an order after it has been confirmed, the uCoins earned from that order will be removed from your account.
• If you used uCoins to pay for an order that is later cancelled, the uCoins spent will be credited back to your account.
